Platform

The Zenyth Audit management platform

One platform holds an entire accessibility program, from the first audit through ongoing monitoring. Every project and finding sits in a single place, so each site's standing is visible and fixes are tracked as they happen. The record stays current and ready whenever procurement or legal asks for it. When the work needs to move faster, Zenyth's AI engine, Zena, is built right in.

A single source of truth for your team

Zenyth Audit sits at the center of every project, and the whole team works from it. Project managers, auditors, and developers see the same findings, the same fixes, and the same status, always current. Developers reach that record inside their own tools over MCP (the Model Context Protocol), and their fixes sync straight back. Zena works from the same source, so its guidance matches what the record shows. Whether a team runs the program itself or brings Zenyth in to do the work, everyone stays on one source of truth.

From setup to a defensible record

Zenyth Audit runs a whole accessibility program in one place, from first setup to a defensible, exportable record. Every audit can be run manually, with full support at each step. Zena, Zenyth's AI engine, is there to move faster when needed. Each audit shows its status and progress at a glance on the dashboard, and each one opens to its full detail.

  1. Set up your project

The audit is configured up front, from its conformance target to the testing environments, devices, and methodology. Those choices shape the audit, so it tests exactly the success criteria the conformance target requires. Pages are added one at a time or by uploading a sitemap, and the team comes on with the access each person should have.

  2. Run the audit

Each page is worked criterion by criterion. Every success criterion is marked pass or fail and tested with assistive technology. When something fails, the finding is not written from scratch. It is logged from Zenyth's curated library of 406 rules mapped across the WCAG success criteria. Each rule carries a summary of the issue, a recommendation, and the user impact. If the same issue appears again, it joins the existing defect as another instance instead of being rewritten. Reporting stays consistent across pages, sessions, and team members. Zena can run an automated first pass to speed the work.

  3. Review the findings

Every finding carries its full detail. It shows the success criterion and conformance level, a plain summary of the issue, a recommendation, the user impact and severity, and a screenshot. It also notes whether it came from manual or automated testing, and the whole report is searchable and filterable. Because the report documents exactly how the site was tested, down to the browser and assistive-technology environments, it survives scrutiny. The full report exports to a spreadsheet, ready to drop into Jira, Azure DevOps, or another ticketing system.

  4. Track fixes and verify

As fixes go in, each defect is tracked through to done. Status is marked and the fix retested to confirm it clears. Verified findings are stamped and dated. Filters by page, status, remediator, severity, and more slice the findings any way needed. Progress updates across the report and the charts, so the record always reflects where things stand.

Get expert guidance

Some clients would rather have Zenyth do the work. They get the same platform, with Zenyth's experts alongside them. Setup is handled, and platform access comes with the engagement.

Remediation is tracked on the platform. Whether the client's team fixes the code or Zenyth does, each defect has its own thread where questions are asked and answered, fixes are retested and verified, and every exchange is logged with screenshots as evidence.

When a change affects how the site looks, Zenyth gets approval first and never touches the visual design without it. The work is shared, the record stays complete, and the client stays in control.

Zenyth Audit is an accessibility management platform. It holds a whole program in one place. That covers setting up projects, defining scope, running audits against WCAG and other standards, logging and tracking defects, collaborating on fixes, and keeping a current, exportable conformance record.

Both are possible. A team can license the platform and run its own program, or engage Zenyth to do the audit and remediation work while using the platform to collaborate and track progress. Many organizations do a mix of both over time.

No, Zenyth Audit does not require Zena. It fully supports manual auditing on its own. Zena, Zenyth's AI engine, is there when the work needs to move faster, running an automated first pass and drafting findings. It is optional, and billed separately based on use.

Platform licensing is priced by scale, the number of sites and users needed, across the Self-Serve, Agency, and Enterprise plans. Zena usage is billed separately based on use. When Zenyth handles the audit and remediation as a service, platform access is included with that engagement.

The free tier includes one site and one user, enough to get set up in Zenyth Audit and explore the platform. It starts from a free scan. A full project needs a paid plan, which also adds more sites and users.

The conformance target is chosen when a project is set up, including WCAG at the level needed. The platform then presents the matching success criteria. Each finding draws on Zenyth's curated library of 406 rules mapped across the success criteria, so reporting stays consistent and grounded in a decade of real work.

Yes, the full report exports to a spreadsheet, ready to import into Jira, Azure DevOps, or another ticketing system so developers can work findings as tickets.

Yes, access is fully controllable. Each person's access runs down to which projects they see and whether they can add pages or log defects, so the right people get the right access.

Project data, findings and records stay in the Zenyth Audit account, organised by project and kept current as work progresses. The platform runs on Google Cloud, and each project has its own storage, set to private or public. Every connection is served over HTTPS, and sessions use hardened, HTTP-only cookies. Access is role-based. The account controls which people see which projects and what they can change. Zena, Zenyth's AI engine, never needs access to the site or the code repository. It works from what the platform already holds and hands back findings, files and instructions. For full data-processing details or a data processing agreement, contact Zenyth and it will provide them.

The platform is the product a client runs itself. The services are Zenyth doing the work. Both use the same platform, the same standards, and the same curated knowledge. Whether the client's team audits or Zenyth does, the work is held to the same standard and lives in the same place.
